2. Admission Policy

You receive admission after completing the admission form and paying the registration fee.
The institute has the right to accept or reject any admission request.
Please provide accurate and correct personal information during registration.

3. Fee Policy

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You must pay your course fee on or before the assigned due date.
Late payments may include an additional fine.
Discounts, scholarships, and offers may change without notice.
Students must pay for any damage caused to institute equipment or property.

4. Attendance & Classroom Rules

You must maintain at least 75% attendance to receive your certificate.
Arrive on time, as late arrival disturbs the class.
Missed classes are not rescheduled individually.
The institute may merge, shift, or adjust batches when required.

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a healthy learning environment, all students must:

Behave respectfully with teachers, staff, and other students.
Avoid misconduct, bullying, harassment, or anything that disrupts class.
Use mobile phones only when the instructor permits.
Avoid recording lectures or class content without permission.

Any violation may lead to a warning, suspension, or removal from the course.

6. Course Curriculum & Updates

We update our courses regularly to match the latest changes in Digital Marketing, SEO, AI tools, Freelancing, E-Commerce, Shopify, Web Development, and Programming.

Course content may change anytime.
Teachers or batch schedules may change when needed.
We inform students through WhatsApp or SMS about major changes.

7. Certificate Policy

You will receive a certificate for programs such as Graphic Designing, MS Office, WordPress, Python, SEO, Digital Marketing, Web Development, and others when you:

Complete the full course
Pay all fees
Meet the attendance requirement
Clear any required assessments

You may request a duplicate certificate by paying an extra fee.

8. Use of Student Data

The institute may use student photos, videos, and class activities for marketing purposes with respect to privacy.
We keep all personal data safe, and we do not share it with outside parties.

9. Lab, Equipment & Property Usage

Students must handle all computers, tools, and equipment responsibly.
Do not install unauthorized software or misuse devices.
You must pay for any damage caused by negligence.

10. Safety & Personal Belongings

Follow campus safety rules at all times.
The institute is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

11. Termination of Enrollment

The institute may cancel enrollment if a student:

12. Limitation of Liability
